Be careful with your tendons and joints. You could really hurt yourself and get tendonitis.
Be careful with your back. Wear the harness.
They're just imagining the excuses they would use when they quit work and apply for disability, and sue the company.

It’s just that a 2400# pallet seems a pretty heavy item to me. That’s my biggest wonder about this.
He could easily be wrong about that.
