I guess the fact that her hair is always impeccible, and always clean, does actually set her apart from most flea-bitten democrats who firmly believe in "symbolism over substance".

If the women of this country give in to their "catty gene" and determine whether to support Sarah Palin based on her hair, her jewelry, or her clothes...then God help this country.

Sarah Palin is first and foremost REAL, and these various, liberal hens that want to peck her to death are the biggest phonies in the business.

I think that Sarah Palin is very comfortable in her own skin, and doesn't feel she has to make pretenses, or depend on hair dye or make up to make her who she is...and THAT is what bugs the left the most.

They can't get to her, they can't get under her skin; she might fire back if you attack her kids, as any Mother should, but so far she's put most of her attackers in their place...i.e Tina Fey, Letterman, Shatner, et al.

They lob grenades at her, she catches them, puts the pin back in, and saves them for later battles. She's very savvy and smart, and any fool that thinks she wouldn't make a great President is only afaid that SHE WILL.

I can't figure if this thread is about how she's look in a new hairdo, or someone's effort to show what they can do in Photoshop...either way, it's a farce.

Personally, I’d like to see her lose the bangs. Women often go to bangs when they’re trying to cover up the deepening lines on their foreheads, which is not an issue for Sarah. Sarah has a beautiful clear forehead and there’s no reason for her to cover it up. The glasses already conceal too much of her lovely face.

I don’t think she needs a makeover but women do change their hairstyles more than men do. In another 10 years, her sexy librarian look might look stodgy and dated, just as big hair does now. In looking at past pics, she has had a number of style changes over the years.

But more attention is always paid to female looks no matter what field they’re in than is paid to male. Hence the jokes about cankles or ‘I’d hit it’ or ‘not guilty’.
