Yep. I quit visiting LGF a coupla years ago.
It was the +/- system that finally drove me away...it was like being in a hall of mirrors, moving the site from mildly amusing sycophancy to over-the-top creepy narcissism.
It’s been a hugely irrelevant waste of time for years.
It was a great site until around 2005 or 2006, then the purges and the transition started, and then the sickness set in around 2007. Now it's just a place to visit very occasionally to see how far the sickness has progressed.
Waste of bandwidth.
I found it hard to believe when he banned Zombie from LGF. Zombie was one of the driving forces when that site was still legit.

I’m also one of those who abandoned LGF many months ago. It was about the time Charles started putting the hate on Sarah Palin. Then he started with the AGW cultism, comparing skeptics to flat-earthers and holocaust deniers. He made a big deal about believing science and fact, but then completely ignored facts and science that proved AGW was not settled science.
What really put me over the top was his rabid anti-Christian postings that became shriller and shriller, completely abandoning any pretense of reasoned discussion. All of his complaints in his Salon post are just ad-hominem attacks that contain no facts or examples. Heck, half the people he listed are so far out of mainstream conservatism that it’s ridiculous. None of us support those fringe European far-right groups, yet he lumps them in with us. He now sounds like just another lib. Pretty sad. LGF used to be about the facts.

I remember when Pam Geller was CELEBRATED on LGF, the time she posed for a photo with Cindy MeSham and was giving her the finger. LGF was where I first saw that story. Now, Pam Geller is an unspeakable bigot or something.
And, I myself may differ in view at times with Rush, but using him as a target is way too convenient and I will defend him against those who demonize him.
