I’m not sure what you are asking. What level of quit?
I really like Sarah BTW. The main reason I subject myself to this abuse so early. Tell the scrolling headlines why she quit.
She’s got a bag of pro’s and cons. Just depends what one is looking for in a candidate.
She hunts. She doesn’t hunt enough.
She acts like a soccer mother. She doesn’t act like a mother enough.
She’s a Conservative. She’s (still) a Republican.
She rides a Harley. She rides a Harley.
It doesn’t matter what she (or any candidate does) there will always be someone who finds fault with it.
So she quit her job? She isn’t the first politician to do so. It isn’t a character flaw.
But if someone is looking for an excuse to not vote for Palin, it won’t matter what she does or doesn’t do. She isn’t going to get every vote out there.

Tired of reading books eh. I see you are still at it.. lower in the thread. Just read her book. If you are still concerned then.. we can chat.
I guess you can say she “quit” to take the job of writing a book, raising a family, and political activism. No, not another job as generally thought.
