The 0bama administration (thugs) has seemingly overnight created an entity that may soon be to big to fail. They must be stopped and thrown out/voted out of D.C. on their collective a$$es. All funds and assets of ACORN should be confiscated and divided up amongst the American people.

NOTE! This is not a call to overthrow the system, it is a call to save our Republic.

This is getting very scary.

Agreed, I’m not sure exactly how accurate the webbot is but there does seem to be some kind of real science behind it. Its the interpretation of data that gets us into trouble.

There was a red rainbow this morning and that’s something I’ve never seen before.

There was a red rainbow this morning and that’s something I’ve never seen before.

Curious, a red rainbow. My first thought was Obama's rainbow-farting unicorns forgot their camo. But, the Mayans regarded the red rainbow as a particularly dangerous sign from the underworld. They, in fact, regarded all rainbows as dangerous.

The most interesting thing regarding red rainbows, though, comes from China. Confucianism. If you know Biblical prophecy, look for the potential parallels:

One night during the fourteenth year of Duke Ai of Lu, Confucius dreamed that a red smoky qi arose between three locust-trees in the states of Feng and Pei. He called Yan Yuan and Zi Xia to go and look at it. They drove their chariot to the Street of the Fan Clan in the north-west of Chu, where they met a grass-cutter boy who had picked up a unicorn, wounded in its left forefoot. He had covered it with fuel.

Confucius said, "Boy, come here. What is your family name?

He said, "My family name is Chisong ("Red Reciter"), my given name is Ziqiao ("Master Lofty"), and my style is Shouji ("Receiving the Regulations")."

Confucius said, "Have you seen anything, or not?"

The boy said, "I saw an animal, as big as a lamb. It had a horn on its head, which had flesh on it to the end."

Confucius said, "All-under-Heaven has got a master. He will be the Red Liu; Chen (She) and Xiang (Yu) will be his assistants. The Five Planets will enter the asterism Jing, following the Year-Star."

The boy opened up the fuel and brought down the unicorn to show Confucius. Confucius went towards it, and the unicorn, covering its ears, spat out three rolls of Charts, three inches broad and eight inches long. Every roll had twenty-four characters, which said the Red Liu were due to arise: The Zhou is lost; the red qi is arising, flourishing in great splendor. The Dark Qiu (Confucius) will regulate the Mandate for the Emperor Mao-jin.

Confucius wrote the Annals, and formulated the Canon of Filial Piety. When he was finished, he had the seventy-two disciples face the Northern Dipper, bow deeply, and stand still. He had Zeng Zi embrace the River (Chart) and the Luo (Document) and face north. Confucius fasted and abstained, and did obeisance to the Northern Dipper, announcing to Heaven that all had been completed: "The four rolls of the Canon of Filial Piety, the Annals, the River (Chart) and the Luo (Document), in all eighty-one rolls, have reverently been completed." Heaven then raised in luxurious abundance a white fog that touched the earth, and a red rainbow from above to below, which changed into a yellow jade, three feet long, with a carved text on the top. Confucius knelt to receive it, and read it: The precious text has come forth; Liu Ji will grasp it. Mao-jin-dao is to the north of the asterism Zhen. His style will be Hezi, and all - under - Heaven will submit to him.

Interesting as the above might or might not be, you probably have a large amount of particulate matter in the atmosphere up there in Michigan for some reason. Haven't heard of any dust storms or volcanoes. When we get extremely colorful sunsets here in NC, it can be due to Chinese or African dust storms, the rare large volcanic eruption such as Mt. St. Helens or a very large forest fire.

Then, there's the old sailor's adage, Red skies at morning, sailors take warning.

Not much positive symbolism there that I can find, lol.

I believe rainbows are far more common in the afternoon but the light rain and bright red sky this morning produced one in the west.

I’m in a fairly hilly area, mostly covered with large oak and pine. I deliberately have very little lawn, most left natural. A rainbow would have to be pretty tall or almost overhead for me to even see it, while at home.

I’m on the edge of the Irish hills area here in Michigan but I’m in a low sawmpy area. I’ve got a pretty clear view to the west and south but its uphill from the edge of the lake.

Well, if its true, I hope they get it over with before noon. I'm having my hair done at 2:00pm and I simply can't be bothered with end of the world stuff until Tuesday morning at the earliest!

You know... if folks just voted Libertarian or Conservative or, even Republican, we wouldn't have to waste so much time planning for civil unrest. Remember the 1960s? Democrats tore the place up and then went to Wall Street to make $$$Billions. Democrats are the problem. Eliminate the Democrats and save America from communist hell.

I think so. The only noteworthy thing today was me taking a nap through the Colts-Rams game, which I had eagerly awaited all week.

Part of the web bots' weakness is Clif's interpretation and the "human" factor, and Clif is the first one to tell you this. For example, the date targeting is almost always waaay off (often by years), but when it isn't, it's right on. But Clif uses a lunar/Hebrew calendar temporal metric, and this may or may not be the best choice.

A system is theoretically capable of being architected and constructed which does not suffer from these limitations.

The interesting thing here are the possible phenomena and theories explaining them, not the current, crude detection equipment (the web bot software) that is being observed or its margin of error.

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

>>>> "2009/10/25: A big crisis is kicked off. It could be that Israel bombs Iran, or that Swine Flu goes into a level of extreme lethality.

10 days later, in relation to this crisis, the Obama administration will be thrown into chaos.

When Israel bombs Iran, they'll use a nuclear- tipped bunker buster that will hit something unforeseen underground. As a result, a radioactive cloud will form that will pollute and sicken Southeast Asia. This will cause much of the world to turn against Israel." <<<<

Evidentally this is the original drivel.

Sounds quite reasonable, to me.

However, contrary to public perception . . .

it seems that I’m more closely connected with reason . . .

than some other folks.

LOL.

Are you familiar with the precise software that Clif uses? I think I first heard about the Webbots over a decade ago, it seems long ago, like pre-Y2K -- although I could be mistaken.

I heard the inventor interviewed on Coast to Coast by Art Bell, and although it's an interesting idea, althought the CONCEPT is engaging --- it is utterly worthless without a proven record of accuracy.

And if whatever the webbots retrieve have to be subjected to human interpretation, then we are never being exposed to the raw data.

I think that they used to have this software on sale to the public, but I don't remember the details.

Are you able to read the prediction, where it says what probably will happen is that Israel, through defending its right to exist and by protecting the West from a nuclear Iran will be responsible for untold misery & devestation?

What kind of KOOK would put his signature to such antisemetic drivel??? And where did that KOOK get the idea that Israel is currently winning any popularity contest????

This reminds me of the Nazis love all things occult.

YET... in the right hands, if the software could be developed to simply utter predictions without all the judgmental drivel and obvious antisemetic bias, it could become interesting --- although I suppose IF it worked, then by law, only intel agencies could own it.
