With all the fun made of birthers, and the lawyers, I’m just outside the circus wondering to myself why we haven’t seen the birth certificate. For whatever reason.

Orly didn’t come out and call it this, (probably because she doesn’t know what one is) but she arguing that Obama and election is a “nullity.” However, even if he were ineligible, this isn’t necessarily a nullity. I like the impeachment argument and think this is how Carter will rule.

Well, we have seen the birth certificate. But birthers don’t accept it.
Obama has no incentive to provide any other documentation. Why would he? The birthers are doing his ground work, providing the broad brush used to tarnish all conservatives. The best thing that could happen to him is that Orly keeps filing lawsuits for the next three years. Of course she’ll probably get disbarred before then, but he can dream.
