Still not possible to be a Socialist and be a Christian at the same time.
Christ definitely never said to hold a gun to your neighbors head (what really happens to get us to pay taxes) to spend on other people while claiming to be "doing good".

He did bring Arkansas' taxes up pretty much to the levels of the surrounding states. Eastern state voters would be relieved to have taxes only double those of Arkansas, and the folks in California would go apoplectic if they could have that kind of relief.
Some of this is a relative values thing and there's no doubt many of Arkansas' hillbillies are still angry that they now have roads and schools, if not shoes and britches without drop panels in the rear.

Nice job of stereotyping, jackass.

I’ve been to Arkansas. That’s not a stereotype.

I've been all over my state.
I wouldn't take potshots at any other state if I was from Indiana.
Well, maybe Illinois.

Oh, you are into the "don't say nothin' 'bout the brother" thing. Rest assured I didn't take a swipe at ARKANSAS in general, just at so many of the Huck's critics who claim to be from there.
Definitely remind me of the picture I have of a two story log cabin up in the country around Harrison ~ you know the one, wif' the pigs out front rooting around.

That's Harrison.
You don't need to stereotype and throw an entire state under the bus just so you can prop up your RINO boy Huck.

But I didn't. I merely applied the Ma and Pa Kettle stereotype to his critics.
Really now, the Huck is not an elected official ~ by definition he cannot be a RINO at all.
Even when he was elected he was remarkably Conservative by anyone's standards (except those of his critics who'd like to eliminate all this newfangled stuff).
