I will clearly appeal this mockery of justice. Judge Land was totally dishonest and misstated and misrepresented 99% of what was written in the pleadings and what transpired during the hearings. He broke and violated each and every rule in the book: his own local rules, clear precedents, rule of law and Constitution in order to appease this Kenyan dictator and his regime. Will the Circuit Court of Appeals be less corrupt, remains to be seen. We have seen total dereliction of duties by so many in the Federal government, nothing will surprise me.

Taitz missed the law school class called:

Yes, Obama is hiding something re: birth certificate. If it isn’t place of birth, it has something to do with religion or identity of his father.

That being said, Taitz is treading into dangerous territory that gets one suspended or disbarred.

She is about the last person to be accusing others of violating each and every rule in the book, isn’t she?

Non, have you ever heard of a judge sanctioning an attorney sua sponte and ordering the fine to be directed to his favorite charity?

Dead on. I really wish someone with credibility and savvy were leading this fight, but Taitz is picking the wrong battles and just convincing more and more people that she’s a nut.

Dr. Taitz is an American Patriot attacked on FR by
RomneyBOTs, DUers, and pro-Obama flotsam.

“Article in Nairobi Paper June 2004 - Barack born in Africa
An ongoing poll by AOL News currently shows that 58% of Americans have doubts
about Obama’s citizenship. The poll was started on July 28 and continues — you can go
here to vote. And lest you think that this survey is being conducted in a very anti-Obama
venue, the title of the article is Birthers, Beer and Stuck on ‘Stupidly’ — it is an
environment contemptuous of skeptics. So we can conclude that the results of their poll
are not what they were hoping for.

A scant five years ago, Barack Obama was a little known Illinois state politician, aspiring
to move up to the United States Senate. Undoubtedly, the Marxist handlers behind this
Manchurian candidate had long range plans to capture the US presidency since he was
groomed as a youth by Frank Marshall Davis. But the general public and the press were
not privy to this information.

At that time, there would have been no reason to fabricate a story about Obama’s birth
that would disqualify him for the highest US office. This would be especially true for an
African paper that was simply proud of their native son. So it is reasonable to take the
press clippings of the day at face value. The following item has been on the web all
along, but apparently did not get much attention. It is a June 2004 article from the online
version of the East African Standard, an English-language paper published in Nairobi,
Kenya, titled Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate.“

“US Presidential Polls:Obama, McCain slug it out today
WASHINGTON – Americans will today go to the polls to elect their next President with
Democratic Party candidate, Senator Barack Obama largely favoured to win.
The Kenyan-born Senator will, however, face a stiff competition from his Republican
counterpart, John McCain who has taken the presidential battle to the finishing line with
vigorous campaign strategies.”

“D.C. Tech Official Is Accused of Bribery(Birth Certificate Forgery)
A D.C. government official and a business executive were arrested yesterday on bribery
charges involving city technology contracts that included "ghost" workers and
kickbacks, federal authorities said. Until recently, the technology office was headed
by Vivek Kundra, who has taken a job as President Obama's chief information officer.
A White House official confirmed last night that Kundra has taken a leave of absence.
“Yusuf Acar, 40, who has worked in the technology office since 2004, was charged with
bribery, conspiracy, money laundering and conflict of interest.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Hibarger told a federal judge that Acar is a flight risk because agents
seized $70,000 in cash in his house and because in recorded conversations, he boasted that he could easily flee to his native Turkey.
Acar also told the informant that he could use
computers to create fake D.C. birth certificates
, Hibarger said. “

I seem to recall that on September 14, 2009 Orley stated that she could have Obama removed from office in 30 days.

And I believe today is October 16, 2009.

Full ruling.

Excerpt: (hand typed, so any typos are my own)

Counsel Orly Taitz is hereby ordered to pay $20,000.00 to the United States, through the Middle District of Georgia Clerk's Office, within thirty days of the date of this Order as a sanction for her misconduct in violation of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.11

11The Court wishes to explore the possibility of directing the financial penalty to the National Infantry Foundation at Ft. Benning, Georgia, which has as part of its mission the recognition of our brave soldiers who do their duty regardless of the personal sacrifice required and their own personal political beliefs. The Assistant U.S. Attorney shall file within thirty days of today's Order a short brief outlining the position of the United States as to whether such a monetary sanction can be used for this prupose. The Court emphasizes that the Court is ordering the penalty be paid to the United States as required under Rule 11 and not to a third party, but the Court seeks to determine whether the Court is authorized to subesquently order that the proceeds be paid by the United States to the Foundation.

You’re slipping. It took you a whole 3 minutes to respond which should be at a maximum of 1 minute and half.

You left out the best part. Judge Land wants the Asst US Attorney to write a brief on the viability of the proposed scam.

Land is so corrupt, he doesn’t realize the damage he has done to the Court by even suggesting payola to his favorite charity.

LOL. N-S’s tone of authority about the DOJ is interesting. And I get the impression by his quick draw that this is his main job these days.

I believe I left that part in when I typed:
