No. Just sane.
Pray tell, what law would that be?
skeptical of the money he may have bilked from the US education system by claiming to be of Indonesian Nationality in College
How exactly does claiming Indonesian nationality make it any easier to "bilk" the education system?
” What had birthers done that was so over the top?
They asked to see Barack Obamas birth certificate...”
Actually what has the political, media and corporate elite flaming angry is the disobedience. People were told “no you may not question us about Obama’s NBC status.” Americans dared to disobey and not take no for an answer from their superiors.
How do you think that occurred by Obama and his handlers/conspirators?

Out and out fraud upon the Federal Aid Agencies. The idea that someone who truly was an Indonesian citizen got screwed out of a U.S. scholarship due to BHO getting one instead. The US does provide aid to students from other countries, if BHO was an American citizen, but claimed he was an Indonesian citizen when the applied for student aid he actively participated in FRAUD against the sate. Even if he didn’t break any laws concerning student aid, it shows a pattern of lack of regard for the spirit of the law.
There were no such restrictions at that time. Do your homework.

I was not aware that the US government had special scholarships for Indonesian citizens. Do you have any evidence that such scholarships existed?
FYI, the vast majority of government funded college scholarships are restricted to US citizens and permanent residents. It is very difficult to get financial aid if you are a foreigner.
