They are really pushing their agenda. They did not like the supreme court decisions so try to circumvent the constitution in another way.

I stand to lose most of my 3 acres AND MY HOME if this goes through!!!!
They tried that in CA about 25 years ago. another drought and restirctions on watering lawns. Some people tried to collect rain water off of their won roofs and hold it in 55 gal drums for later watering. did not work. were fined for watering lawns agains city (Oxnard ? )ordinances.

That’s the problem right there. They will assume control of all property because it is in a watershed.
This is how they honor their oath to defend the Constitution.
That's not the point.
The point is to have enough interlocking and conflicting laws so that no one can possibly obey them all.
Then you can be punished at any time at the whim of your 'betters'. Annoy anyone of them by any action or failure to act, by any word or silence, by not being exactly where they want you to be, exactly when they want you to be there, and any number of laws can be selectively enforced to punish you.

Here in Seattle you need a permit in order to have a rain barrel to catch the water off of your roof. Its so dry here don’t ya know.
I can’t believe that state governors aren’t up in arms over this. The amount of real estate tax money they could lose will be huge.

I’ve been warning folks about this for years.
A neighbor tried to fill in the dry ditch between his yard and the road. He made the mistake of talking to the city about it. There is a small spring that empties into the dtich about 4 homes (400 feet) up the street. It soaks into the ground after about 150 feet.
But - the ditch ends up in a creek about a half-mile away, which drains into a small river about 4 miles away which has salmon. Yep - our ditch is salmon habitat! He couldn’t fill it in.
