Let's stop sacrificing American troops' lives to the politically correct fiction of a usurper.

...that means the Presidency reverts to the man last holding it, ...Why wouldn't it revert to the Speaker of the House (not that that would be any improvement)?

WE don't elect presidents (technically) we elect electors that would mean they would not be ineligible. The Presidency would go to Biden. But, if you would ask me Obama is doing more for us than Biden or even Pelosi could do.

Nope.
Nobody has presented any reason Biden’s election was not valid. Under the Constitution the two are elected to office quite separately, even if we conventionally (but non-constitutionally) elect them as a ticket.
If Obama is not legally President, then Biden would step into the vacant office.
I’m not entirely sure that would be an improvement.

No! Obama's eligibility does not effect the eligibility of the electors who were selected by the state parties and then be the voters. If the president-elect fails to qualify then the vice-president elect serves as president. If both president and vice-president elect fail to qualify then “congress may appoint be law who serves as president”. In this case, Nancy Pelosi.

Only in our wildest imaginations. Dick Cheney in the WH would sure send lots of Democrat, ACORN, and Iranian heads rolling.

Obana is ineligible, his electors therefore invalid -- that means the Presidency reverts to the man last holding it, GW BUSH, and since he is ineligible, having already held the office two terms already, the legal President of the United States today is Dick Cheney. Except that Cheney's term ended at noon on January 20th. So in the event your scenario is correct then it'd be President Nancy Pelosi. Don't any of you Birthers read the Constitution?

What if Biden had prior knowledge of Obama’s ineligibility? Wouldn’t that make him an accessory?

Obana is ineligible, Let's assume that is true for the sake of arguement.
his electors therefore invalid
Sorry, that doesn't follow. The electors voted separately for president and vice president. Thus Joe Biden became vice president. If Obama cannot be president, Biden would become president.
Amendment 20, paragraph 2: ...If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

Accessory to what?
AFAIK, there has been no crime committed. There certainly isn’t anything in the Constitution making it illegal for an ineligible person to run for and be elected President. I’ll be very surprised if there is anything specifically criminalizing this in statute law.
If there is no law criminalizing it, then we can’t make it a crime now. Ex post facto and all that.
Should it be a crime? Probably. Is it? Probably not.
Anywho, where in the constitution does it say accessories to crimes cannot be elected president or vice-president?

Is this what it has come down to? Completely ignoring our constitution in favor of putting “our man” into the white house?
Please tell me FR hasnt come unglued to the point that even we are deciding to ignore our rule of law...
