Am I the only one who's insulted by the continuing attack on our ability to believe just how low RATS will go to push their agenda?

Well, if it is, we conservatives may have contributed significanntly to the “trick”. I don’t think there’s anything significant in this (but obviously some here do).
Again, if Families USA is paying for this 800 number, and one doesn’t wish to pay for their own phonecall to Congress, that organization has a perfect right to put their message out if you (the caller) choose to use their service. They can even claim they are doing it as a public service (albeit with an embedded message).
Do what you want, it’s America after all, but pursuing this (without doing further homework) runs the risk of making us look foolish. Unless the taxpayers really are paying for this, which I don’t think is happening here. You might confirm public funds are used for the 800 number before deciding to get too excited.
Just sayin’.

I just called this number too and got the same message. How many of our congressmen know this? I am calling back and going to call Rep McCarthy about this.
just called my congress critter’s office...no answer not even voice mail today so will endeavour to call tomorrow and let them know I resent this ad before being connected to his office and to vote NO on 0bama care

800-number calls are free via Skype (like Skype-to-Skype calls and unlike calls from Skype to a regular phone number).
call the number over and over...let them ring you through, then hang up OR you can tell your senator/rep to NOT VOTE FOR HUSSEIN’S HEALTH CARE.
the 800 phone number is paid for by some liberal hackjob lobbying group.
