Well I was taken aback by the President calling the American people liars.

Ok, so what are you disagreeing to? My comments were related to what Rep. Cantor said. I don’t doubt that zero’s speech to them was heavily partisan and totally ignored the results of the townhall meetings. zero could give a crap less what any of us thinks because, as he said early on “I won”.
In his perverted thought process, that entitles him to do anything he likes - including ram unpopular programs down our throats.

As I stated up front, I didn’t watch the speech, but I’m not surprised by the tone. It is exactly his arrogant tone and his refusal to consider other people’s input that is costing him his popularity.
Recall what he said early on after the inauguration - “I won”. That says it all and gives us a giant view into how he thinks. The voters were just a means to get him into the WH but, in his mind, he is in complete and total control of the bus and we’re just supposed to shut up and sit down. As long as he believes that we are complacent and powerless to take any action to stop him, he isn’t going to get the picture.
And, it will be up to the American people to re-educate the twit!!

Yep.....but I don't think obama can be reeducated or moderate his policies. It's up to the American people to "encourage" their represenatives to thwart his "reforms".

Cantor was just trying to be nice
Note: I'm not going off on you, this is a general rant.
I think the time for being nice is off the table from now on. The next lib that gets in my face, I'm going ballistic!! It's time for war! I swear! Rant off.
