I wasn’t arguing the merit.....
I was curious of legal precedent, especially since this event was held on school grounds.....
If it were me at the event, I probably would have taken the arrest and fought it in court.....

While a school can regulate speach for the students, if the school board allows a sitting congressman (Moran) to hold a political rally, they must tolorate dissenting speach.
IOW, the school police officer may be secure in his job, but the school district is liable 9 ways from heck.
