Back to this, I thought we had progressed.
No, that can be true and someone else can father him... But, I can’t tell you for sure, until I see the birth certificate. When I do, then I can let you know... All I can say right now is that Obama has sworn under oath that he meets the qualifications of the office per the Constitution, and that I don’t know anything about the birth certificate, until I get a chance to see it...

Do you know that when a child is born the mother is asked who the father is and she can say any name she wants. There is no proof needed.
So you’re saying that no matter what the COLB says, you would need a dna test to prove fatherhood?
That’s what the Constitution says that the candidate has to *be* — and the candidates have sworn that they *are*... not too much more to say about that.
If you want to get into the birth certificate.... we’re going to have to get a law passed in the state that legally requires a candidate to produce it or else he cannot be on the ballot. As it stands right now the candidates are not legally required to produce a birth certificate... :-)

Okay, now that’s something I can answer... I said that if people want to get the birth certificate, that a candidate can *not be legally required* to produce it. There is no legal requirement for him to do so...
Therefore, if this is what people want, then there is only one way to do it, and that is to produce a state law that requires a candidate to produce his birth certificate or else he cannot be on the ballot...
And once that law is passed then all candidates will have to produce their birth certificates. And I think that is a good idea, because I believe that we should all see the birth certificates of the candidates...
And yes, I think it’s the right thing to do. It will end stupid things like this (which has been going on for months... LOL...) It’s all really crazy and just getting a law out like this would put an end to it for all candidates and we would never have to deal with this sort of crazy thing again... LOL...
That’s what I think.
To put it another way, I think we should have seen McCain’s birth certificate, and Bush’s birth certificate (both of them) and Clinton’s birth certificate and Reagan’s birth certificate and so on...
I hope you’ve got the idea now...
ALSO... once I see the birth certificate for Obama, then I’ll be able to *authoritatively* answer questions that others may pose to me, instead of saying, I don’t know because I haven’t seen it... :-)
I guess it depends on what time zone you’re in. I thought you might be in Hawaii or somewhere way out there... :-)
