Please, we also need to insist that it is personal responsibility that allows a citizenship to live in freedom. That IS the issue that defines conservatism: the responsibility to live with one's own decisions and expect the same from others, without whining and blaming, without government extortion, but with courage in respectful, ethical, responsibility.
There is NO other way for human commerce to proceed, except through blatant authoritarianism. Which of course is the now deadly downward spiral of the US.

Agree with ? They will tell you what ever you want to hear thats why they are politicians. While I dont think this should be the only criteria but I do think there is merit to it because the media propaganda will show you who stands by the principles of liberty and those who have sold out.
