The Liberals do not understand Conservatives. They have a silly stereotype—Nazi like idea of what Conservatism is. It is a view that is wrong. They believe their own propaganda.
If fact Rush would not write a constitution —he would use the old one one. The Liberals would do some Leninist document that never worked and only did at the point of a gun.
