I hope no one is saying that a Marshal with court papers will be walking into the White House to serve papers to evict and escort Obama out of the building... :-)

It’s conceivable that some court could have some evidence eventually affirmed legally that shows Obama is not qualified (if someone finds such evidence and can present a case to get it heard). If so, it will be turned over to the House for its consideration in whether to pursue Impeachment.

So far as I know at this point, the document(s) haven't been posted for viewing. When/if I find them, I'll post if someone hasn't already.

And yes, since he's used so many alias's, a (U.S.) passport could be under a different name. But which one, and does that matter that he just took the 'oath of office' using 'Barack Hussein Obama?'

This is the way I see it playing out ... the foreign media will break the Obama story ... the liberal media stateside will follow up reluctantly because they will be under tremendous pressure to get to the bottom of this matter ... embarrassed into action. This in turn puts pressure on SCOTUS ... who will be forced to deal with this issue.

That in a nutshell is what I think this is all about. Obama has multiple names & probably can't really prove who his father is. Everything else flows from that. If it ever came to light, all the autobiographical works of his would immediately become less than worthless (not that they are more than navel-gazing drivel to begin with).
