You're so wrong it isn't even amusing to refute your idiocy ... unless you know of some 'injunction' in HI which states Obama will sue anyone talking about his history I take it you've never heard of HIPAA?
HIPAA
I don't know if Hawaii has a similar law regarding patient privacy, but I wouldn't be surprised.
The simple rule is that hospitals and other medical services providers are not allowed to release any information about their patients to unauthorized third parties. That includes not even being able to discuss whether someone is, or was, a patient.
Think I'm wrong? Call your local hospital for a patient list and see what they tell you.

Does he remain silent as to where he was born and continue to refuse to release his original birth certificate and thereby earn the contempt of those in the public who believe that he has not convincingly proven that he is a "natural born Citizen" and eligible to be President? I submit that Obama has made the third choice.I wonder what percentage of the public is aware of this issue? I'd guess less than 10%. No coverage by the MSM or right wing radio. The only place this is getting exposure appears to be the internet.

As to Bobby Jindal, you democrat troll, Bobby is not eligible to be presdient if when he was born his parents were not US citizens. A claim based on no legal evidence whatsoever

You're trying to change the focus. Typical liberal tactic. You wrote that anyone 'talking about' obama's birth would be prosecuted. Buzz back to your dungheap, troll

You wrote that anyone 'talking about' obama's birth would be prosecuted. Reading comprehension is not your strong point, is it? I wrote no such thing. I wrote that anyone disclosing private medical information "would violate various privacy laws and ethical rules." Do you deny this is true? They're unlikely to be prosecuted, but why would some retired doctor (assuming, like I said, anyone involved is still alive and remembers the birth) want to take that chance?

Id love to see a reporter stand up at one of his press conferences and simply ask: Where were you born? What hospital? That reporter might as well retire from the press pool, as he'd never get any information after that. Maybe Helen Thomas should ask it on her way off the public stage.

So, show me where it is written in the Constitution that the parents' citizenship status makes any difference to a child's natural-born citizen status. You know you can't, which is why you are resorting to pathetic insults.
You're a joke.

Les Kinsolving would ask that question. Problem is no-one takes him serious anymore.

Do you think the SC will hear the Berg case? Or Dr. Keyes? Or will this go nowhere?
You know the answer, Newbie (who joined today) knows the answer, and Jim Robinson knows the answer.....the sad thing is that Jim continues to let this site look like Hysteria Central by allowing these conspiracy threads to dominate. Sad.

Perhaps the reason he remains silent on the issue is that he can see no controlling legal authority Is that you Gore???

Obama wants (i) people who simply voted for him, (ii) people who are apathetic to the eligibility issue or because of ignorance, fear, or self-ambition refuse to address it; and (iii) people who in good faith believe he is eligible to be President (these categories may overlap), to believe that all the law suits and internet chatter questioning his eligibility to be President is political sour grapes, racism, or "tinfoil hat" conspiracy nonsense. These "explanations" for this outcry against him provide great camouflage for his silence and refusal to release his original birth certificate. This strategy limits any contempt backlash to only those who oppose him on the eligibility issue and to no one else, thereby greatly reducing the price associated with the public contempt component. 'Zactly.
And it's working out pretty well for him.

Id love to see a reporter stand up at one of his press conferences and simply ask:Where were you born? What hospital? Will you give immediate approval so we can confirm this through third party official state, municipal, hospital and other governmental agencies?
And this is what is wrong with our society. NO ONE WILL. NO ONE WOULD DARE. Yet if Barbara Bush had been running around naked over various continents when George was born, EVERY reporter would have peppered Bush with questions about his birth circumstances every single day until he was all but forced to answer.

I’ll take that as an admission on your part that the Constitution imposes no two-citizen parent requirement for natural-born citizen status.
And you accuse me of trying to change the subject?

And I pray there are some waiting in the wings with the financial capabilities or backing to see this through.
Thanks for your fine work on this issue.

If Bill Richardson called Obama himself an immigrant, he is a fool. Obviously Obama was brought up in this country; we all know that and there is plenty of evidence. Only where he was born is in question, and I doubt Richardson had any special inside info. Richardson probably meant “son of an immigrant” but even that is weird, as his father was only here on a student visa.
Also, another thing about that two line birth announcement in the Oahu paper: it contained an address where other people lived (and still live today, I think) and not the Obamas or Dunhams.
