Not at all. I am a conservative, just not the single issue, myopic, lacking of a strategic-vision variety. Duting the presidential campaign, the GOP hit at BHO by saying that hope is not a strategy. That applies to the myopic variety of conservatives as well. Duncan Hunter is NEVER going to be president...

Many single issue conservatives like you, though, can’t seem to acknowledge that they blew the ‘08 election by actively campaigning against the conservatives’ best hope for victory, Rudy Giuliani.
You know, this website isn’t only for one issue Freepers such as yourself. There are a lot of issues out there, not only yours to the exclusion of all others. You come at everything from the same point of view. A johnny-one-note. Others are entitled to their opinions too without you constantly bringing the subject matter back around to your particular crusade. You end up disgusting even those people who agree with you on your one issue, but who know there is a larger world out there that comprises the Republican Party as a whole. You would have no others in your Party than those that agree with your one issue only. Well, the world doesn’t work that way. To you there is only a miniscule tent in our Party, based solely on one issue alone. Wrong. Maybe it is you that is on the wrong website, unless this is a one issue only web site. As to the conservative agenda (by the way, I’ve been on this forum since 1998, so beat you by a class year), I’m concerned with the whole agenda, not just the social concerns part. There is the fiscal part, and the national security part, plus the social agenda. I give them equal weight. You don’t. You are primarily social agenda. It’s your way or the highway. Much too absolutist. All black and white, not a single shade of grey to be seen. That leads to Taliban-like pontification. That is not a good thing. Not in our Pub Party. I watched how you trashed Mitt Romney too, and still do to this day, as much as you trash Guiliani. Mitt Romney and even Guiliani look good today in comparison to President Elect Obama (got that, Prez Elect, we are now stuck with him for 4 years). It’s “bald faced”, not “bold faced”. And I’m not lying—as I stated earlier, you’re cherry picking. There are even more sites that clearly point out Rudy’s conservative bona fides. You can easily find them yourself, if you’re so inclined.
