Feel free to peruse my past comments on this nonsense.
Be forewarned, though. The people backing this conspiracy don't like to see their fragile, convoluted theories picked apart and they have something of a religious fervor or pathological obsession with proving that Obama isn't eligible. If you insert any kind of logic or reason into the debate, or in any other way fail to embrace this Truther moonbattery, they'll accuse you of being an "0bamabot" troll or traitor.
Please elucidate
I am referring to the 1980 Soetoro divorce papers that say that the Soetoros had one child under 18 and ONE CHILD OVER 18.
1. I wonder who that ONE CHILD OVER 18 could be?
2. Do you think it could possibly be the person known as Barack Obama today, and who is the president-elect of these United States?
3. I dont know if the information on the divorce papers mean that Barack was adopted by Soetoro.
4. But, at the very least, in my opinion, it gives the Supreme Court a very logical reason to review and hear arguments on whether or not Obama was adopted by an Indonesian citizen, and whether or not Obama is eligible to be president.
5. So, again, I ask the Supreme Court to look at the Soetoros 1980 divorce papers before they decide to review or not to review the Obama eligibility issue.
6. Congress, Jan. 8: I also ask that Congress looks at the Soetoro 1980 divorce papers if it looks at Obama's eligibility issue on Jan. 8, 2009, the day it is suppose to accept the Electoral College votes.
Thanks for the extra information. So far, everything seems to indicate that Box 7C is just about the mother's status. I don't know what this means for the Keys suit. Maybe we will one day get to see Mr. Obama's Birth Certificate and understand what the importance of 7C really is :-)
Also lets not forget they killing sprees that Janet Reno committed under Bill Clintons reign.
I find this information sorely lacking:
§ 1401. Nationals and citizens of United States at birth
The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:
1. Only one parent has to be a natural-born citizen of the United States of
America in order for a child to be a natural-born citizen.
2. Obama’s mother was born in Kansas to natural-born citizen parents (one
would have sufficed but there were two).
3. If one parent is a natural-born citizen, the child is also a natural-born
citizen, no matter where the child is born, even the planet Jupiter!
I have never seen any definitive proof that Obamas mother was NOT a natural born citizen. None. Ever.
And if naysayers claim he was NOT born in Hawaii, but somewhere else:
(e) a person born in an outlying possession of the United States of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year at any time prior to the birth of such person.
Obamas mother lived continuously in the continental US, from 1942-1960 and then lived in Hawaii.
Chew on this for a while.
"Under the Constitution, you are not eligible to hold the office of the Presidency. Therefore, I am unable to swear you in."
The President has to be a Natural Born Citizen, that is the issue here. Berg says he was born in Kenya. Instead of wasting every Judge’s time in the country (because this case has been submitted many times now by more than Berg), Obama should just release his records and be done with it. Obama is making it seem he is hiding something by refusing to show the requested information. If I have to prove my citizenship and qualifications for a job, so should everyone else.
You're equating this website and the inhabitants thereof as the moral equivalent of left-wing wackos and 9/11 Truthers? At a minimum, your posting privileges should be suspended.
Nobody with any legal authority has asked to see his BC. How has Obama refused to present it?
Taxpaying voters aren't legal authority?
I predict they let the clock run out. At that point they will have committed institutional suicide and become irrelevant.
THAT would be great, and about as likely
“Don’t waste bandwidth posting any crap that supposedly “proves” this case has merit.”
Don’t bother to read the posts then, we won’t miss you!
