True....but do you see much attention being given to their views?

No but it's not for a lack of trying. Other than a passing curiosity, I don't give them the time of day either.

Who in the Reformed Protestant circles believe this, or something similar??

Go to SermonAudio.com and type "Christmas" into the search box and you'll find lots of sermons opposing the observance of Christmas. Such a position has a long history in reformed circles where anything remotely Roman Catholic is viewed suspiciously. BTW, I don't hold this position myself but isn't it ironic that these tight-shoed-Presbyterian-types would hold to the same position as the radical Muslims?

It’s not really the same position, unless they hold that view because they believe Jesus was not the Son of God.

Why are they against Christmas?

In a nutshell, it is opposed because it is seen as a Roman Catholic holiday. Much is made of the name itself being derived from "Christ's Mass." Because the critics see no Biblical warrant for the observance of a Christmas holiday, it is concluded that its observation is idolatry. Go to SermonAudio.com and search on the term "Christmas" and you'll find a lot of sermons railing against the observance of Christmas and the critics can fill in the details.

That is their position, not mine. I tried to be fair in summarizing their position but I'm not going to defend it.

That is a good point. The reformed critics of Christmas and the Muslims arrive at the same position for entirely different reasons.
