So it would seem that the questionable birth of Barack Hussein Obama might determine the rebirth of our once great country.

BUMP!

‘in effect there will be no Commander in Chief of the armed forces’ - I think you’re overlooking Pelosi. You’d still be right though. God help us.

I have as Senator Claire McCaskill who is Bambi’s Co—Chair.
She could care less. Then my Rep. is Russ Carnahan and he could care less also.

I’ll first admit that I am sometimes given to “wishful thinking” and then say that sometimes chaos is a good and fruitful thing.

If Obama is not qualified to be the POTUS then any and all EOs (Executive Orders) and official White House business will become null and void. This will throw the US government into a state of disarray; in effect there will be no Commander in Chief of the armed forces. Who then will lead our armed forces? If any treaties are signed by Obama they too will be null and void.

I guess ol’ Joe doesn’t think there are provisions for selecting a President in case one hasn’t qualified by Jan. 20, 09. I don’t see a crisis but rather some interesting events may occur as this entire thing gets sorted out.

I checked to see what the Illinois Board of Elections requires for candidates. All one has to do is to sign the loyalty oath saying they are a citizen of this country. No proof is required. Once someone is elected to office, the the public takes for granted that they are qualified. Any liar will sign that pledge without a thought otherwise. A candidate can go forth from there, holding an office such as state Senator and go into the federal Senatorship without additional proof. None is asked for, none is required. The only offices requiring natural born citizenship are the President and Vice President. Yet, no proof is asked for nor obtained. It is the worse case of lack of responsibility and accountability I have ever heard of. Now we are reaping the results of this...we have elected a man that NO ONE KNOWS. He has no past that is obtainable. What is wrong with this country and it’s people?

IBTZ?

Not that I think it is likely, but this would be the greatest zot in history for the Viking Kitties if they can smoke Obama.

It is amazing that the parties and media don’t care about this issue. If they know something, then just come out and set us straight....its that simple. Even talk radio giants dare not tread on this topic after tackling much more controversial subjects. What are they afraid of?...are they being silenced?

If the BC is not resolved by January, then let the constitutional crisis happen.

I see two fronts on this occuring along the same time lines. The SCOTUS at some point will have to do something even if that something is reject all the filings coming their way. The SCOTUS isn’t a trier of fact so it will be interesting to see how they proceed.

The other front I think will occur in the EC votes and at the opening of the votes in Congress on Jan. 6, I think is the day. There a Representative and Senator can object to any votes cast to Obama and then the House and Senate have to resovle those objections.

So all said it will be an interesting few weeks.

Roger Calero has been on the ballot in several states as a socialist presidential candidate in two elections. He’s an admitted non citizen.

To me that proves that no one is minding the store.

Isn’t it just unbelievable.....I can’t stand it!...and when one stands up and demands our candidates be qualified, we find out we have no standing or are just ignored. I tell you, there is going to be a blowback one of these days...that is, if we can ever get the American people to wake up!!

And then the big O has to swear to uphold the very constitution that he has ignored.Intersting times.
The fact that he has not produced the necessary birth certificate and has hired a passel of lawyers tells me all I need to know.
We need the truth and the riots will be his fault and the Dems.

The SCOTUS needs to require that a COLB is produced.

“if in fact he is not then all of those who knew he was not qualified will also be in much trouble”

I think this is why Dean is stepping down...

I think that this is an excellent point. Why would Dean step down with all the Dem victories?
I think that he and many others knew and thought O would lose,so no problem .
They probably tried to yank him during the run for office but he said,”No”.In his arrogance he percieved that he could convince enough people that the Constitution is a flexible document or “they don’t dare deprive me after 2000,the people will revolt.”
Bumpy ride ahead.

Yeah. A few weeks ago before the election I heard Philip Berg being interviewed on the Mancow radio show, and Berg said something about how Howard Dean will be in a lot of trouble over this BC issue as well. Then low and behold after the election Dean was stepping down.

Wasn’t too hard for me to put together 2 and 2.

The fact theat we’re discussing this subject on umpteen threads indicates that SOMEONE thinks this story’s got legs.

The one thing I HAVEN’T heard in the midst of all this is the one question I feel needs to be answered:

If it turns out he’s not eleigible, WHAT THE BLOODY BLUE BLAZES ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?????

Arrest him? Take to the streets if nothing is done? Civil war? WHAT????
