The week of the election, they ALL (on radio) spoke to the issue.
Now, if you listen carefully, each of the talk-radio hosts eludes to the issue daily, but briefly. Today Rush slipped it into a dialogue about the naming of Rahm Emmanuel & now the Mid. East is in a tizzy.
He said something like, ‘And they thought they were getting this Kenyan, ehr..this guy with Kenyan-roots and instead.... he makes his 1st appointment this Jewish guy..... and Muslims hate Jews over there....etc.
Rest assured, they are watching, waiting, and listening.

I wish you would not criticize “cowering”. It is an art form developed with years of practice in the GOP. When you have jelly in your backbone, “cowering” is something you can do succesfully. Just look at Pawlenty, he is the governor allowing voter fraud to happen under his nose and is able to do nothing. There is must be a space under his desk that is his favorite place.
It's been my experience, that if you want the boss to do something, it's best not to irritate her admin assistant. This is a similar situation.
That turns out not to be the case. The law is not that simple. At the time, in order to "inherit" US Citizenship at birth, his mother needed to have resided in the US for 5 years after her 14th birthday. Problem is she was barely 18, so she could not meet that requirement, although she did meet the requirement of 10 years total US residency.

It was bad in 2000, it grew much worse in 2004. And now they mastered cheating to such an art form that their ‘cock’ can strut around totally confident of a win due to strategic pockets of state-wide fraud in battleground states.
They boldly due so in states where over 200,000 votes of 600,000 should be tossed as fraudulent. 1 out of 3 in Ohio!!

I think you mean 8 USC 1401. But if you go here you will see that that the current provisions have only been in effect since 1986, while BHO was (supposedly) born in 1961.
Subsection g reads:
The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:
...
(g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years: Provided, That any periods of honorable service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or periods of employment with the United States Government or with an international organization as that term is defined in section 288 of title 22 by such citizen parent, or any periods during which such citizen parent is physically present abroad as the dependent unmarried son or daughter and a member of the household of a person
(A) honorably serving with the Armed Forces of the United States, or
(B) employed by the United States Government or an international organization as defined in section 288 of title 22, may be included in order to satisfy the physical-presence requirement of this paragraph. This proviso shall be applicable to persons born on or after December 24, 1952, to the same extent as if it had become effective in its present form on that date; and
However in 1986, Pub. L. 99–653 substituted “five years, at least two” for “ten years, at least five” in Subsec.(g).
So while in the same circumstances today a person in BHO's circumstances, if born abroad, would be a citizen at birth, in 1961 they would not have been. So, if BHO was indeed born outside the US, he's not a natural born citizen.

I didn't know Bibi went to high school (Cheltenham High School, suburban Philadelphia) and college (MIT, BS and MS) in the US. or that he's less than two weeks older than I am, although he apparently graduated from high school a year before I did. But our birthdays straddle one of the typical "cut off dates" of the time, and in fact I have a cousin who is just over 2 weeks younger than I am, who nonetheless graduated HS the same year as Bibi.
Our Secretary of State Sam Reed (R) must have a gold medal in cowering, complacency and being blind to the facts. What we need is an army of Sarah Palins. That is what I will ask Santa for Christmas.
