Just hearsay, not double hearsay. The step-grandma told the witness, who filed the affidavit. BUT, I think it’s accompanied by an audiotape of the conversation, which includes the affiant arguing with another translator.
I view the affidavit itself as hearsay; it is an out of court statement offered for the thruth of its contents and cannot be cross examined. In Virginia state court, affidavits are inadmissable except in very limited situations.
Huh? If he was born in HI and even listed as a caucasian with unknown father - how would it disqualify him?
I think if he is born in Kenya.
Or if he lost his citizenship moving to Indonesia though people say a child cannot lose anything.
If born in HI - how would he not be qualified?
Unless someone can show he was born in Kenya (and may have to be Kenyan father) then he has no problems.
It wouldn't. But, this has been put forth as a potentially embarrassing reason, for Obama to want to conceal his birth certificate. I stated that it wasn't enough reason to go through the trouble and expense, and that this leads right back to his being unqualified under the Constitution, meaning that he wasn't born in the US.
I see & agree. Sorry to be a bit dim and to rephrase it but the reason Obama is blocking his Birth Cert., has all his student files and his whole freaking life under seal is he was born in Kenya.
This is what I think (as well).
I am wondering if anyone will be able to prove it. I know Berg and Leo are trying.
