Obama has already made it clear that he regards the Constitution as a deeply flawed document that needs to be fixed. Doing away with the Bill of Rights should be child’s play for him.

Obama won’t need to to push this bill right away. After all, more than 50% of the American electorate believes the MSM. However, I suspect, the Fairness Doctrine will come in handy as he nears his 2nd term election.
