It's my belief that a large percentage of our legions of federal bureaucrats (who are well entrenched) are primarily political operatives who exist to thwart anything inimical to the Democrat party (as is the case with the subject of this thread). I also think that we can be so focused on foreign enemies that we completely overlook the scorpions in our woodwork. They have become so powerful now that they routinely give us the finger and dare us to do anything about it.

Fortunately our founding fathers finally stood up for themselves and chose to fight rather than capitulate to the burden of taxation and the rule of an overbearing king...it’s in our DNA as Patriotic American Citizens to not be subjects and be ruled…it is our love of freedom and “the American way,” that has kept us safe and free for over two centuries — apparently some people may need reminding.
