Hard to argue with you on this one...not like we've ever HAD an argument, or anything like one, but maybe you know what I mean. So, let's make up in advance, shall we?

It’s 1 thing to call an idiot a pinhead, but it’s quite another to water down the meaning of “patriot” to “doing something nice”.

I don’t much like the segment exactly for that. I don’t watch all the time, but it seems every time I see the Factor show, his “patriot” has nothing to do with actually showing love for the country. Last night was Billy Joel for paying for some guy’s funeral. OK, that’s “nice”, but not “patriotic”.

I think you put it best. He’s a parody of himself. I hate to sound mean, but the Liz Taylor thing was an example of how lame he sems to be getting. You can see him trying and you didn’t before.
