We will get our answers in federal court. Yes, from the law suit that was filed by a ‘truther’ and Clinton employee. Philip J Berg, the lawyer who filed the suit against Obama, also filed a suit connected to 911forthetruth, an organization that believes that the Bush admin knew the attacks were going to happen and took steps to allow them. In his file to the courts, he actually states Wikipedia and internet blogs as his evidence.

This form is a recently issued birth certificate with the word laser in the lower left hand corner, a perforation across the certificate which leads me to believe that the person “printing” it out has not done this before, and is no proof unless one can determine when that data of the certificate was entered. Since data bases were not used - typewriters were - there should be a paper record containing the doctor hospital etc.

Did the local newspaper list births?

All in all it does not answer if he is a Natural Born Citizen of the USA. I want to see the Kenyan Birth certificate and Indonesian passport.

My personal opinion is that this is a wild goose chase and will not produce anything. This article reads like the ravings of a fanatic.

Seems like time would be better spent addressing the many bad policies that Obama has proposed. You know, the socialist ones that will ruin our economy?

I disagree, this citizen issue NEEDS to be thoroughly checked out. It is glaringly obvious that some things just do not add up.

Time and resources should be spent on ALL issues.

The blind squirrel, Mr. Berg, is using others research, not his own. Some of it is legit, some is not. It might not get the time of day in court.

So instead, those that are on to Obama’s malfeasance will continue to plug away on this issue, regardless of an unwelcome ‘ally’ in Mr. Berg.

Outstanding read-hopefully someone makes sure this gets to that crooked factcheck (not) organization and challenges them to answer these questions.

Factcheck.org can’t even get the basic FACTS right.

They call the document a “Certification of Birth” (their quotes).

There is NO such document.

The document is a “Certification of Live Birth”.

You’d think if they are going to argue the semantics of the name of the document (which they do) they would get the FACTS correct, wouldn’t you?

And there are more of us all the time. I'm a former skeptic myself.

I don't think the issue is his citizenship.

I think the issue that could get him is forging a Government document and then lying to the nation with it.

I love the irony of the site name “factcheck.org”, it’s so Orwellian.

I’m praying this gets LONG legs!

With Mr. Obama, we have the most flawed candidate in many, many years. Why would we want to take the chance that the Democrats would substitute someone else who might actually have a chance of winning?

Obama is Mondale, Dukakis, Kerry, McCarthy all rolled up into one package. When your opponent is busy digging his own grave, go get him some nice cool lemonade.

Because this isn't a game, this is a dangerous precedent to set with our constitution on the line.

I wished it would too. But as we all know, the MSM will ignore it like a sex scandal.

This is, as predicted, straight out of the
Kerry SF180 playbook:

Just show the document to In-The-Tank media pals,
and not the general public.
