Iron Chef did inspire me to be more inventive when I cook. On Sunday I zipped up my tuna fish sandwiches with chipotle sauce, chilli powder, and wocestershire sauce.

What Rush is talking about happened in the Soviet Union. The Party Elite decided what occupation people would have...where and how they lived...how much food they would have...the Marxist motivated the masses into revolution with promises of “equality.”

As a matter of fact, I do: Dice your chicken and then grill it on an iron skillet for a nice charbroil flavor, adding in some walnut oil at the end in a wok to seal in the flavor, and give it an unusual flavor. Then add in your usual mayo/dijon, celery and spices.

I ussually only use tarragon in soups.
