Until more - including those who may visit and lurk at Free Republic - it is NOT old news.
It certainly is not 'old news' to those who have put themselves at risk to air this 'movie'; nor to 'live leak' who first aired this and now have had to pull it; because of death threats to their staff.
If you are personally guarding against 'old news' here at FR; perhaps you should be more concerned with the 'old junk' that continually arises; that is intended to pass for meaningful political discourse.
Please, do 'Free Republic' a real favor and 'Go get them'!
And don't trouble yourself about more timely warnings that need, still. . .to be heeded.

That was the audience. Talking to them is like lecturing a moose. Like that old comment on football, if it’s a game it’s too violent; if it’s war it’s not violent enough. The message wasn’t FOR you or FOR me unless you are muzzie and I am not. It was FOR muzzies and posted where muzzies don’t even look. Both the movie and its marketing plan have failed.
I think you are looking at the film as nothing more than ‘buzz’. The point of my posting the vid on my blog and on FR is because of the message. It has nothing to do with being ‘sophmoric’, ‘amateur’, or whatever. It’s the message that is meaningful.
Sorry, but you and the liberals are the only ones who believe that the threat from Islam and the War on Terror are ‘old news’. Some of us have learned out lesson from 9/11, and others (you?) have not. Sad.
Your comments to Cricket were doubtless meant for me. The film is meaningless unless it gets to its proper audience, and that would be the Muslims who should have a Reformation.
That said; the stats show that there have been high six-digit hits for 'Fitna-the Movie'.
