There is no unfair treatment. Huckabee dirt is just the current newscycle. Every candidate has gotten hit with it. Drudge has also had postitive Huckabee headlines, too, such as the big one that took his poll surge national, “HUCKABOOM!”

I completely disagree with you on that. Some get hammered while others get the red carpet and still others get ignored. I am not saying it is unfair for Drudge to be like every other human being on the face of the planet. He is biased and his biases show. If he is trying to hide them (I am not sure he is) then he is not doing a very good job.

Drudge is biased towards dirt. That’s it.
He goes where the action is. Huckabee is climbing, so that’s where the action is. Rival campaigns are dishing out dirt to anyone who will listen, and Matt loves dirt.

Fred gets no press at all because there is no action there.

No. This is more than bias towards dirt. Drudge pieced this hit job "exclusive" together himself.

“Democrat party officials are avoiding any and all criticism of Republican presidential contender Mike Huckabee, insiders reveal.”

Matt heard from Democrat insiders why they’re being so quiet on Huckabee (contrasted with how they pounced on Fred Thompson before he ever even entered the race.) Someone dished Matt a juicy piece of gossip and he printed it. Where is this inconsistent? It is what he does.

Now you are just choosing to deny the obvious. My proof is rock solid.

Well I can tell by your tagline that you’re obviously a Huckabee supporter, and you don’t care that he’s a follower of Karl Marx so long as he’s also a follower of Jesus. Huckabee is a weak candidate, the weakest in the GOP field in the last several cycles, and it is newsworthy that is of particular importance to Republicans that the Democrats want to run against Huckabee because they know how weak he is. The truth is the truth, and it seems you don’t want the truth about Huckabee to see the light of day.
