It’s still classified. When an excerpt was shown during the LtCol Chessani hearing, the press was barred from the courtroom.
Hey, I just wanted to say it’s Friday:)
And have a good weekend.
Here’s the deal (I’m going to be a little oblique for obvious reasons but I think you guys will know what I’m talking about)....
The ScanEagle video is almost valueless without an accompanying written narrative. CNN didn’t mention it or use it in their story.
CNN also didn’t show ANY of the segments with easily identifiable insurgents (i.e., men on roofs throwing grenades at Marines).
There’s also analysis of the white car that corroborated Sgt Wuterich’s story.
So the mission now is to get it out there without allowing the broadcaster to do another CNN. We’ve got some ideas.
Also, we might be able to post some screen captures online with the accompanying narration to give people an idea just how much information the Marines had at the time—and how much has been withheld by the media.
Red, that sounds like a plan. Do you have any access to specific information the Marines had at the time, or are you planning on piecing it together from everything you’ve learned?
You go Red!
Sounds good, Red. You know best what to do.
It will all be direct quotes from what was available as intelligence at the time.
Awesome. Sounds like a great plan!
The still below is of the white car...
We can enhance it to show more detail than CNN.
This is interesting (I added captions to this one)...
Bad guys are fleeing the ambush site (my caption on the still) and heading to palm grove (their rendevous point).
In the video, you can tell the blobs on the roof are bad guys because they drop things that explode on Marines.
These are good. On the second picture, what ambush site are you referring to? Is this the house that was bombed? In the video, where does the drone initially pick up any insurgents that are later engaged. IOW, where’s the closest location to the four houses that were assaulted, that you can definitively say those are some of the insurgents that would later engage another group of Marines?
That’s it. Girlene I am picking you up and we are going to Red’s to watch this video.
This appears to be an insane amount of PROOF.
I wanted to get some images up quickly so you guys could get a taste of what we’re looking at. It’s going to take a little time to make a narrative of it. Obviously, I want to be careful and get it right. More later.
Another guided ping.
The Real Story of Haditha: Images from the surveillance video that CNN suppressed!

Part three: The last battle: 0913 1544
As this thread commemorates, CNN was the first to broadcast some of the images, but they confused the issue by saying it was evidence in the SSgt Wuterich hearing. It wasn't. It was evidence in the Capt McConnell hearing.
If you go to the link, you'll see a narrative created for the excerpt (that CNN either didn't have or ignored). I also broke the 43 minute into segments so they'll download faster.
Excellent. Thanks for the ping!
