One of the judges admitted that the performance put the winner over the top. He has admitted it in writing. Indeed, the contest rules called for winning lyrics. Of course, someone who sent in an MP3, even with lesser lyrics, would have a huge advantage. They don't need another contest. They need to offer another thousand bucks for lyrics. That was the contest. How funny would it be if a slip and fall Dem lawyer filed a class action suit?

If everyone knew it was to be an MP3 contest, we would have found a way to send MP3s.
