I've always assumed that absentee ballots usually went Republican.
Are a majority of the overseas ballots military? They voted 85% for Bush 2 years ago.
The troops have something to lose if Dims lead....their life.
Montana has never been a red state when it comes to anything but Presidental elections. Burns is the first R Senator ever to be re-elected.
