Oh yes, if you keep reading through the post above you'll see the paste of the transcript. Not only does she call it propaganda, she then goes on to say "so what?" to Hussein's genocide of the Kurds.
Now you have a region in Iraq where the people are very pro-American, are embracing American concepts on democracy and economic principles of capitalism and what does Arianna do? She attacks it!
You are right, it's enough to make your blood boil!
