We would see a large number of Cindy Sheehans when I worked local news. They just love the face time.

The one I remember most vividly was the mother of a young girl shot and killed by David Berkowitz (Son of Sam) in New York.

She LOVED on-camera interviews. She was about 45 or 50 (divorced) and would wear tons of make-up, wear very low cut dresses or blouses and try to imitate the Marilyn Monroe walk whenever she was on camera.

One time she even wanted us to put her phone number up on the screen "so perhaps a nice man.... not too old" would call her.

All this because her daughter was dead. Like Cindy... Sick.
