As much as I may have misgivings about some of his political lapses, e.g. his association with Teddy "The Swimmer" Kennedy, I still think he would make an impeccable jurist.
Plus, it would be nearly impossible for the Dems to sabotage his nomination without portraying themselves as complete bigots, and hypocrites.
That is, if Kozinski doesn't become President of Poland, right? (Wrong guy?)
My money's on that Germany guy, whats-his-name, Ratslayer? O wrong election.
