Actually, I think FNC began beating CNN after 9/11 when CNN stated they were going to refuse calling the hijackers terrorists because it was politically incorrect. I remember Leno mentioned that one night in his monologue and the audience booed CNN.
What I find surprising is how low Kudlow's show is at 5pm, (3pm here in CO) because his show is pretty damn good. He is a far better conservative voice than Hannity, Scarborough, Carlson, O'Reilly or Barnes. Plus his show is far better than The Big Story with John Gibson, who I like, but his show has trended tabloid recently. I'd really like to see FNC replace Sean Hannity with Larry Kudlow and have "Kudlow & Colmes." The reason I say this is because Mr. (or maybe Dr., I'm sure) Kudlow can make principled arguments, is smart, funny and articulate and has some advanced degreee in Economics, proving he's well educated, something Hannity is a far cry from.
Also, I agree that Wesley Clark is a bozo, to put it nicely, I just can't say anything that mean about a guy who was a 4 star general. But putting him on the FNS panel would be great, Brit Hume, Bill Kristol and Charles Krauthammer (sp.?) would absolutely take him appart, it would be great!
