The biggest issue I see with the checks is below (I copied and pasted from my #317). Let's examine this angle, seriously, because it really doesn't make sense:

This is part of an issue I raised on the big thread. As of May 6th, 9:20pm PDT, they had raised just over $32K.

BUT, that doesn't mean those funds had been received. Paypal held things up, Amazon link was hit or miss, and snail mail was probably still enroute (including a number of possible out of state checks). How did they have the $32K in hand to be able to purchase those cashier's checks?

And Andy came on DU and said he bounced another check to Johns Hopkins just a day or two ago? can't bounce a cashier's check. It was quickly self deleted.

Ok I think I'm on to what "principal" is doing...he/she/it keeps asking for links to "proof" that he/she/it is lying...asking for us to provide links to pics of Undie with a drink in his hand...et al

Principal is doing this because he/she/it thinks that all the evidence has been flushed down the memory hole.

Principal doesn't realize the evidence has been saved across the internet.

We just gotta pull it all together.

And the big one for 25,000 was bought on May 5, the one for 7,000 was bought on May 6th. Since they only RAISED the 32k by May 6th, there wouldn't be any chance they'd be able to have that released to purchase those two checks. No way, no how.

Those checks are only to create the 'illusion' as I said earlier.

Game, set, match. I think we have a winner! Thanks for noticing that KJC1!

YOu know something, all the people saying this much money was needed, this was collected, etc. etc. probably have no clue. They have probably raised much more than 32000. Maybe a lot more. They have been soliciting on Air America, kos, and du, etc.... Could be that 32000 in hand was a drop in the proverbial bucket.

He's claiming that doesn't prove Andy was drinking. Wants one of the pics with a drink in his hand.

Whether he was or wasn't can't be determined from that picture. It does show that he has been sunning it up and having a good ole time on his so called death bed.

I agree. But I've seen a couple pics either here or over at CU that show him with an adult beverage in his hand.

I just wanna show it to this chump and watch he/she/it try to spin their way out of it.

Only the administrators of the sites know your personal IP address.

If the CU administrator and JimRob compared notes they could tell who our "principal" is.

Exactly. So let's say the checks are legit, he had access to a lot more money than he was letting on. There is just no way those funds would have been available on May 5 and May 6 to purchase the CCs.

Post #1023 I asked it to explain how they were able to purchase those checks with money that they had JUST raised. Money that paypal, amazon & snail mail still had locked up.

Well here's his reply:

"Why not? The total of the checks is 32K. And Sfexpat confirms this. Or are you just assuming (once again) that all the funds in the cashier's checks came only from Paypal?"
