By a VERY STRANGE coincidence, I suddenly woke up around 5 AM on Sunday morning and flipped on the radio. Right away I heard a repeat of the Mike Gallagher interview with Mary Matalin about her new conservative imprint at Simon & Schuster. I don't even know what station it was because in those early morning hours the signal can drift in from quite far away. Anyway, it was like some Greater Power was toying with my mind considering how HUNGRY I am to get the DUmmie FUnnies book (with CD-ROM insert for the related comix stories) published. Hello Mary! It's a One Party Fascist State now and it will keep chugging along, getting crazier and more abusive until it ends in a big catastrophe, like the Third Reich did.

This poster is right, in a way, he's just really misguided in blaming the problem on Bush or even on the Republican Party. Giant bureaucracies like the one bequeathed to us by Franklin Roosevelt, Lyndon Johnson, and the whole "Hee Haw gang" tend toward One Party Fascism/Communism on their own, and no politican by himself can do much to stop it.

Speaking of President Cheney, that possibility is becoming a VERY REAL fear in DUmmieland. I saw a thread there about the possibility of a Cheney candidacy in '08. I found the idea intriguing. We are all assuming, that due to health reasons, Cheney WON'T be running in '08. However, Cheney's health has been good recently. Plus LBJ suffered a heart attack in 1955 and then survived another 18 years. Medical science is much better nowadays.
