Kevorkians activities were a bit different....agree with him or not, Kevorkian took extreme measures to assure and document (on video) that his procedure was in fact the will of the conscious and disabled patient......this crowd in Florida is not about assisted suicide, they are proponents of active and court-ordered euthanasia! Lets call it what it is......Schiavo was ORDERED directly, not merely "allowed". see "shall cause"......not "may"......so the legal precedent/case law is set!
