This tenured professor is the epitome of what's wrong with higher education. He says whatever he wants in the name of academic freedom. What a shame.

Just imagine how many kids minds he has poisoned.

This man is repugnant. But on the plus side, he lets the country see the ugly true face of liberalism. Let him talk. Let him alienate more from the left.

I would love a poster showing the U of Colorado with this idiot superimposed along with something regards to the athletic program. I want to make that institution of lower learning into a university for dunces.

Well, then, welcome to the club! Welcome to the club along with 565,000 Iraqi children who were systemically starved and denied medical attention to death in less than 10 years while Madeline Albright goes on television on 60 Minutes no less, receives the number, and says yes, Ive heard it, weve decided its worth the cost. So he supports the war????

He hides behind academic freedom and all the dupes and dopes at CU go right along with the charade. They are so convinced that any criticism of Churchill is an attack on their basic acamedic rights that they will cling to him for dear life, no matter how many crimes he advocates.

Colleges and Universities are only good for NCAA basketball.

They are so convinced that any criticism of Churchill is an attack on their basic acamedic rights that they will cling to him for dear life, no matter how many crimes he advocates. But then the president of Harvard suggests that maybe the discussion should be whether women would rather be mothers than engineers and academia goes MAD.
What a pathetic little world they live in.

he lets the country see the ugly true face of liberalism Actually he, and other like him are the greatest asset we have. Given time they will bring about the destruction of the last bastions of lefty-lib tyranny - the courts and higher education.

Colleges and Universities are only good for NCAA basketball. The better players don't even bother wasting their time with NCAA Basketball. They just turn pro right out of high school.

How many people remember the Federal lawsuit filed against Colorado University (CU). The suit was filed by several women who said that they were sexually assaulted by CU football players and recruits. Rush was all over this.
During a deposition, a lawyer for one of the plaintiffs asked CU President Elizabeth Hoffman about an allegation that the team's former kicker (a woman) was called a c**t by one of her teammates. Specifically, she was asked whether the word c**t was filthy and vile.
In typical academic (especially academic administrative) fashion, Hoffman responded by saying that "It is all in the context of what--of how it is used and when it is used."
When asked, "Can you indicate any polite context in which that word would be used?" Hoffman answered, "Yes, I've actually heard it used as a term of endearment."
One wonders how many times she has applied this term of endearment to Churchill.

The following comment is from the "Save Ward Churchill" Website:
http://www.desconu.com/churchill
(A supportive comment starts with this)
"US intervention tends to slay innocent citizens and US globalization often neglects local inhabitants in pursuit of personal profits..." (Blah, Blah, Blah.....)
(And ends with this)
"Step out of society and think for yourself... I double dog dare ya."
Double dog dare me all you want, however, Phol Pot stepped out of society and ended up killing untold millions of innocent civilians.
Put Ward Churchill in charge and he'd be no different.
Obviously the tapes confirm this.
