I think when/if the families
begin showing up, it's something
BIG.
We were building our house during impeachment. I didn't pay attention to a few details as well as I should have.
One day my husband came home and told me that the bookcases on either side of the fireplace were offset in such a way that one side looked like a little tiny broomcloset. I didn't do anything about it because there was "stuff happening" and I couldn't leave the television.
I woke up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat, got dressed, grabbed a flashlight and jumped in the car. I was at the building site when the builders arrived at 5:30 a.m. and had them make the changes then. It was the only time (middle of the night, very early morning) that I could drag myself away. Mr. Peach wasn't very pleased with me in those days :-)
I live with a man who starts most conversations with a crabby remark. He has no idea what a bummer it is to think about talking with him. :-/
I think FR has it's share of people who need a few more emoticons. lol Most of the trolls who are invited to stick around mellow out a bit.
I'm drawn to acerbic personalities after 30 years of marriage I guess. ;-) I try to not take it personally, until I'm called out and specifically beat up. Then I just go off to a corner and pout! lol
I know I don't have a life, I'm a full-time mom, recently retired. =:-D

I think, too, that the bloggers or at least their assmt editors are following the literary traditions in murder mystery writing. Those details bring the descriptions "to life", for a subject matter that is supposed to be glaring and visceral--graphic--and as such you'll read the same kind of thing in the true crime genre that followed, too. It's just hopping media again.
Me neither.
It seems to me that IF a verdict has been reached,
it ought to be announced sometime right before Noon
PST, what with the hour's notice and all.
Right?
It would seem so. But with this trial, who knows? They also do things a bit differently in California. Well, okay... EVERYTHING differently.
Man, talk about poor timing! Your builder should have checked with your political schedule before breaking ground! lol
Hope your house got finished okay and that there are no mistakes that get under your skin now. ;-)

Good thinking...
wolves. You?
Thanks. Everything is okay which is probably due to a good builder more than anything else.
I'm such a news junkie, it's amazing we have a social life at all :-)
Midwestern Protestants. Does it show?
HEY.....
I think Lisa Bloom on CTV is ready to give ole Scott the injection!
No biggie. I wasn't commenting on the lives of FR members (until mine was commented on); I was only (initially) commenting on the fact the blogger of the sourced link needs to find a hobby other than tabloid activity. But then, I guess everyone has to put food on the table in some manner.
Is there a covered wagon in the garage? :)
The blogger is a reporter for Court TV..
I can recall when we crossed paths a few times...
and that was before I realized how swell of a guy
you really are.
No, but our skirts are long, and we don't even say "Geez."
