I feel sorry for them. It sounds as if their lives totally sucked before Election day, though. Bush winning (again) just made it suck even more.

It's inevitable that you'll be miserable if you hang all your hopes on "the world", no matter where you are on the political spectrum, and national politics, and social causes, are "of the world".

Well, this just confirms something that really needed no confessions anyway: The DUmmies are all freakin' nuts. Certifiable. Loony Toons. Cuh-ray-zee. You aren't kidding when you admonish them to take their meds -- they'd most assuredly shrivel up and die without prescription mind-control. (I've heard substance abuse can fry one's brain -- witness Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M...etc.)
