Yes he is.
Carson dipped below 40 percent the other day.
Carson ran against a scandal ridden opponent in the primary, and still didn't do very well.
Coburn won independents or undecided voters 6 to 1 in his primary.
We aren't taking anything for granted though. We're gonna keep pushing until we get Coburn up in that 80 percent range.

Dr. Coburn is just great! I just happened to be surfing the TV and ran into a C-SPAN speech he was giving - this was months ago. I was mesmerized. He was such a good speaker. He was clear and easy to understand. This guy is what the Senate needs a lot more of.
I can tell you the dems of the Senate are gonna HATE this guy because he will not put up with their foolishness .. and I predict he will be in the well of the Senate taking the dems to task more than once.

Coors is going to have a close race, but I always thought Coburn would win in OK. The fact that Coburn has won repeatedly in what is now the state's only Democrat district has to be a very good sign, just about neutralizing what should be Brad Carson's base.
