The Democrats are going to lose because they took the path of the coward and selected a candidate who believes nothing. The Democrats deserve to get stomped, next time pick someone who reflects your beliefs.

Exactly! They dumped the guy that actually had core beliefs (Dean) and went with the guy they thought was "more electable," because all that matters to them is the reacquisition of power. Now it turns out that their replacement god is least electable, and they can't bring themselves to admit that they have nobody but themselves to blame.

My sson, who lives in Brooklyn and works in Manhattan, says the violence prone leaders were arrested on the first day, and experienced technical difficulties getting their hearings -- courts overworked, etc. By the time they were released the convention was over.

Oh, come on now, be brave! I resisted for many years, but during the RNC my curiosity got the better of me and I just had to see it for myself. It really can be quite entertaining. Today some guy posted that the polls showing Bush ahead are a lie (by the evil conservative media no less) and Kerry is really ahead by 35 points! What a hoot!

Oh yeah, the one they're really pushing is their 'theories' that President Bush either let 9/11 happen, or worse, made it happen. That's one of the big ones they want pushed.

And what is most unbelievable is that they picked a guy who protested the war & threw his medals/ribbons away, but now wants to brag about his service in Vietnam!

Kerry's arrogance is immeasurable. For him to think he could avoid this huge issue convinces me that the man is a full blown idiot (not to mention despicable traitor).
