You might want to add a warning with the title, as there is some coarse language. Thanks.

It might work this way if we used it this way. But the liberal press won't stand for it and, right or wrong, Bush has backed away from it. From now on, the prisoners get kid glove treatment.

But we have already done it. The pictures are out there for all the world to see. Mr. Ross in the above article makes the point that these people over there expect us to lie to them about doing it in the future. I think he may have a valid point.

I have heard this before, and agree with it. Interesting how our casualty count has dropped in recent days isn't it?

I think the author may have a point. I have seen this issued raised here on FR in the last few days, but cannot remember who the freeper was that brought it up.

If it helps keep our troops safer and helps us in this war on terror, the humiliation and emasculation of Muslim men is just gravy on the biscuit.

I agree, Now all we need is for someone in the Pentagon to question why the Rumsfeld's friend and CEO of the "Jimmy Dean" Sausage company managed to get the lucrative contract for manufacturing our new "Greasy Ammo" that helps cool the barrel of our M-16's and let the Democrats call for his dismissal :-)

Good article.

I may have to rethink my position on the abuse issue.

I had taken basically the same position until I ran across this article. Every little bit helps.

The old school had basically two ways of dealing with prisoners, niether of which was as useful as this may turn out to be against this particular enemy.

This should have clicked in my mind, and, actually, I did have some niggling thoughts about it.

I've lived and worked with these people.
I know what he says in this article is true.

My own experience with these people is fairly limited. I have only managed to get to know two Arab Muslims in my life, and did not get to know either of them very well.

But just from my own limited experiences, every word Ross has written has the ring of truth to it.

It gives me hope that things may be looking up before too much longer.

Ross does manage to come up with a good line every so often. I have seen a variation of one of his lines repeated probably ten thousand times on the 'net.

If memory serves me, Norm Coleman was once the head of the SDS at Hofstra. He has, i believe repented of it, but it appears he is having a lapse, like an alcoholic falling 'off the wagon" for a short time.

There is more to this story, I have recently come to believe , than is being told.
