Yes a person can get roaring drunk in their own home. Fine, we agree.
In your opinion, is getting roaring drunk in your home "validated" by society because there are no laws against it?
That's the question I've been trying to get answered for the last several posts.

LeRoy didn't go "evil", all he did was make a lame attempt at sarcasm.Yes, I realize that. Me saying he went "evil" was a joke.
It was lame, IMO, because 95% of those who peruse FR regularly know that LeRoy has become the #1 pro-drug Libertarian on FR
I'm a bit disapointed in you, Dane. I thought I was the #1 pro-drug libertarian. Can I at l;east be FR's leading 2-issue malcontent?
and all these false outrages that "popped up", are just that, false outrages.
I think you need to re-stock on your tin foil.

I know a first offender (drug charges) who went to jail. Yeah. How many pounds of cocaine was he dealing?

I think you need to re-stock on your tin foil LOL, I take a mental note of those who disagree with me on the drug issue, don't get paranoid it is only a mental note and I am not with the CIA or any other government agency and I am not tracking you all.
But the sudden "outrage" shown by people and the quick replies earlier by LeRoy on this thread says to me it was calculated and I see that as very transparent.
JMO.

>This is getting utterly comical. I'm definitely bookmarking this thread. I think I'll label it "The day MrLeroy went evil".LOL! LeRoy makes a calculated effort at lame sarcasm and all of the sudden he is the martyr for the pro-pot cause.
You're right! It was calculated to be just sarcastic enough to get not only other people to misinterpret it, but to get you to believe that it was done on purpose just so that you would post this message accusing him of doing all of this so that he could disprove you and make himself a martyr! Yeah, that's it!
Kids, say no to pot threads. They make you paranoid.

None, actually. It was marijuana & paraphernalia, and well below the levels where he would normally receive an active sentence in this state. To make the long story short, he violated his probation terms and so was forced to serve the sentence. The fact of the matter is, that it happens - first-time nonviolent minor offenders
can end up in jail..
FWIW, the violation was that he failed a subsequent drug test.

There is no doubt that he was being sarcastic. Sarcasm is intentional inflicting of pain by deriding, taunting, or ridiculing another person.

all want to give me a hard time because some poor schmuck, "deliverying" dope paid a higher price than he bargined for.Funny you don't seem equally concerned about the subhuman animal who raped him paying a higher price than he bargained for.
I suppose that beast will hone his skills by practicing on weak prisoners until the day he is released to walk among us and our families again.

If the shoe fits.OK, you win. I admit it, the whole thing was my idea, right down to the arrest itself, completely coordinated according to my schedule. All of this took some work, but hey, no price is high enough for a good cause. And I would have gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling kids!

It did not answer whether you think society bestows validation on something if it does not prohibit it.
I think that's an important point to clarify because you said MrLeroy was pushing "drug validation".
