Sorry, but I don't see that the sexual orientation of the rapist is an issue. Rape, and especially rape of children and child molestation is one of societies worst crimes and should always be punished to the full extent of the law. The little girl who is raped by a man is no less traumatized than a little boy who is raped by a man. To think otherwise would mean you believe the little girl's life/health to be less valuable than the little boy's. They are equally horrible crimes.
